There is an urgent need for a team of 15-20 people to provide a VBS style ministry to a group of missionary kids July 17-23. Most volunteers will work with children ages 0-3. The event will be in central Florida. The cost for housing and all meals during the event is around $1000 and there is scholarship money available for NC Baptist churches. North Carolina Baptists on Missions is sponsoring Appalachian Coalfields Christmas Backpack Ministry again this year. The statewide goal is 19,000 and we would love for you to be a part of that. Letters were sent to all churches with details on items to be included in the backpacks..
