Crest View Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a dedicated and spiritually mature individual to serve as our Associate Pastor and Director of Ministries.  The applicant would be a man who has a desire to be mentored and discipled by our senior pastor, submitting to his authority and leadership as the undershepherd, nurturing the spiritual growth of our congregation.

Responsibilities would be to assist in the preaching ministry in an expository and reformed fashion as needed. His duties would also include teaching, pastoral care and leading ministry programs and outreach initiatives.  The outreach ministry would also include overseeing the church’s website and social media accounts.  This person would work to support church administration in leadership development and collaborate with the staff and volunteers to fulfill the church’s mission.

The ideal candidate would have experience in pastoral ministries and strong Biblical knowledge as well as theological training.  The church is seeking an individual with a heart for discipleship and one that has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  3 - 5 years prior experience is preferred.
